Hummel Figurines

Is this Porcelain figurine a Hummel?

I’m not really sure what this figurine is (hummel or Goebel) any help would be greatly appreciated. The picture is on my profile and the sign is an N with a ^ on top and then 5 marks that almost look like an ‘ but thicker. (I couldn’t get a good picture of it) and it is all surrounded by an oval any help with this would be greatly appreciated Thanks
